Key considerations prior to submitting files
Kerf Width of 1.5mm: Plasma cutting removes material, so small details may be lost if they are too thin. ( no need to add this into the design we will take care of it )
Spacing Between Cuts: Keep sufficient spacing between cuts to prevent warping due to heat buildup.
Connecting Pieces: If creating text or stencils, ensure all internal pieces are connected to avoid dropouts.
Material Choice: Different materials cut differently. Let us know if you need advice on what works best.
Scaling: Make sure your design is sized correctly before sending it in.
Thickness Considerations: Thin material cuts faster but may warp, while thick material requires more power and time and money.
Edges & Finishing: Plasma cutting leaves a slight edge burr; additional finishing may be needed.
Custom Requests: If you need something specific (e.g., custom bends or finishes), mention it upfront.
